The view was delightful, the service was excellent. My room was well-stocked and a nice size and the bed was comfortable. Good hot and free breakfast options, the food was great. The staff were extremely helpful and very amiable lot of time. The location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Citizens Business Bank Arena.

I recently stayed at Best Western for 2 nights and had a great experience. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the mall and Toyota Arena. The hotel was clean, quiet, and felt safe at all times. The staff was amazing, from the friendly front desk to the helpful housekeeper who made sure our room was clean and stocked with fresh towels. The continental breakfast was good, with plenty of options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, location, and excellent staff.

I had a fantastic stay at the Ayres Hotel Ontario Mills Mall! The leather sofa and armchair in my Executive Room were in great condition. The speedy Wi-Fi made it easy to connect, and the hotel's location was perfect for shopping at the nearby Ontario Mills Mall. The room itself was spacious and well-maintained, with a comfortable king-size bed and plenty of storage space. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, especially the waffles and fresh fruit. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the large TV and reliable air conditioning were great amenities. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and satisfying stay.
